Castlegate Homes was formed in 2006 to handle Morbaine’s ever increasing involvement in residential development. The construction of residential units is project managed by Morbaine’s in-house project management team. The Group is ably assisted by well experienced, professional advisers who provide sales and marketing expertise.
The company brings together a number of highly skilled professionals including in-house development surveyors, project managers, quantity surveyors, architects, engineers and town planners. As a result, the company is able to deal with all stages of the development process from site assembly, through to planning, construction and finally hand-over or sale.
